RAISE THE PROFILE OF YOUR CLUB!!!!!!!

Dear All

Thanks for your continued support of sport on Q101.2 and throughout the network over the past couple of years.

As you may have noticed we have been able to bring more local sport to you in the past year and we intend to build on that in the coming months.

What ever sport you follow we intend to try and have something for you, but we need your help.

We require a good reliable contact person with your club/ team who we can contact ahead of matches and in the build up to events. That contact should be available to do some radio interviews and also have access to team news etc.

The contact person should also be available on match day or day of sporting event for updates/ scores. George and the Bawnacre will still be the main point of contact for scores from the F&W etc but for particular games we will contact you directly.

If your club sends notes and team news to the local papers weekly, well add us to your mailing list and we will certainly use the material.

3 Team manager and several player telephone numbers, mobile and general. They won’t be tortured but it will certainly give them and your club a bit of profile.

The ball is   in your court now, the medium of radio, local radio is at your disposal so please use it, If you want to discuss anything in relation to sport and your club's coverage please give me a call on any of the above numbers and keep the emails coming.
