Ballinamallard FC was formed in the early 1900's, around 1903. It folded for a period in the 60's but was reformed in 1975 as Ballinamallard United FC. The Club 1st team entered the old IFL 'B' Division in 1990 and still plays in the IFL. It is the only F&W team to have won the Irish Intermediate Cup(1995) and the Harry Cavan Irish Youth cup twice and was the first Fermanagh team to bring an Irish League title to the county in 2003 (IFL Div 2).
